Vacation is over and it's time to get serious
Okay, my vacation is over and it really is time for me to get serious and get some of this extra weight off. I am so bad at dieting you can't imagine. I just enjoy food so much and it is such a social thing for us. Unfortunately, I'm not very physical. My husband eats a ton of food and never gains weight, but he is very hyper and never stops moving. I on the other hand, sit in front of a computer. I also have little self-control so I think I am going to try out some over-the-counter diet pills. Maybe that will help me get on track.
