Should you use diet pills?

You guys know that I am doing my own unofficial study on what over the counter diet pills work and which ones don't. So far, I'm not seeing many results and I really do need to lose some weight. I'm about change brands, but now I'm wondering if one should actually take these things. The ones I've used this week have made me feel strange and are affecting my ability to sleep at night. I hope the next ones have less of this type of effect.
