Toll Free has become a frequent phrase in our vocabulary. Don’t ask me why I’ve noticed this, but the other night while watching television, that phrase just started jumping out at me. When the show I was watching went to a very long commercial break I heard it said or saw it written over ten times in six commercials (which by the way is way too many commercials for one break). Then I went online to check my email and the ads that flash over on the side of the screen had toll free numbers. Today, because it was on my mind, I’m paying attention and it seems to be everywhere….including a number on my card for my office.
