I have been teaching ESL lessons online for a while now. It seems to be a very big business. It does not seem to me that it would be a very difficult business to get started. I was thinking that since Hurricane katrina hit this area, many Hispanic people have moved into the area. Many of them barely speak English, though I think most of them are working. My thought was that if I could rent a room and buy some basic classroom furniture, maybe I could get my own business up and running. I just don't know for sure that I could get the people i would need to support it. I'm going to have to do some more research.
