I went to the doctor yesterday and he was telling me that because I have this Lupus that I need to be expecially careful about my nutrition. He suggested that I take the best vitamin I can get. I should have asked him what he recommended but I didn't. I always get flustered when I am at the doctors and I always forget to ask things. I was thinking this morning that maybe I should look for some prenatal-vitamins because when one is pregnant they really worry about the mom getting enough vitamins so they must be heavy duty. I think I will call his office and see what they say.
